After Hours: Small Business Series will begin quarterly meetings for those interested in starting their own business. 

At 7 p.m., Thursday, March 23, After Hours: Small Business Series will host the first in a quarterly series of meetings geared toward those who may be thinking about starting their own business but who just aren’t sure where or how to begin. This first meeting will discuss why having a Business Plan is so important and will provide information on how to write your own business plan. Daniel Short of the Navarro College Small Business Development Center will be the guest speaker for this event. There is no cost to attend.

After Hours: Small Business Series will continue with 1-hour, quarterly after-hours meetings covering other topics such as Networking, Marketing, and Financials and will be held in the Business Hub in the City of Rice at 305 N.
