From Staff Reports

The City of Corsicana would like to announce the launch of the website for the 175th Celebration of our community.

This project took place in conjunction with the branding initiative for the year-long celebration bringing community engagement and visitors to enjoy monthly activities to honor Corsicana’s history. The site has several features users should find useful which includes: a schedule of events, read about the history of Corsicana, learn how to join in on the festivities, links to important resources, and much more.

The community calendar represents a partnership between the City of Corsicana, Tourism and Visitor’s Center, and businesses and organizations throughout the community participating in the celebration. Be sure to subscribe to stay up to date on upcoming events.

Main Street Director Amy Tidwell said, “We are excited to launch this website. Our team and partners have been working diligently to create a website where we can inform the citizens in our community and beyond about the upcoming events. Branded 175th merchandise is also available to purchase online. We look forward to seeing it around town!”
