Food Truck Friday makes its return on Friday, June 3 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the parking lot by Brick Streets Brewery, located at 224 E. Fifth Avenue. After a successful past two months, Corsicana Main Street is adding even more trucks to the lineup:
- Big Greg BBQ, Waco
- K&K BBQ, Corsicana
- Shake the Bone, Corsicana
- Sno Biz Dallas/Corn Dog 7, Dallas
- Joe’s Catfish Corner, Rice
- Taco Station, Corsicana
- Tacos El Barbas, Mexia
- Boudreaux’s Rollin’, Texarkana
- C&S Baking Co, Corsicana
- Boho Snow, Corsicana
Musical entertainment will have Raquel Lindemann from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Courtney Prater from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The brewery will be open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., unless the brews run out and boots will be scootin’ at the open mic karaoke across the street at Corsicana Opry starting at 7 p.m. A bounce house and games will also be available.
“Let’s celebrate Summer and make it another successful night in downtown Corsicana,” adds Amy Tidwell, Main Street Director.
