The Navarro College Board of Trustees will consider a tax abatement request at the regularly scheduled meeting on 7 p.m. Thursday, March 24 in the Bulldog Board Room on the Corsicana campus located at 3200 W. Seventh Avenue.
The following will be considered:

1. Name of Property Owner: Tremco CPG Manufacturing Corp
2. Name of Applicant: Tremco CPG Manufacturing Corp
3. Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone 22-02 2733 E. Business Hwy 31, Corsicana, Texas
4. General Description of Improvements: New manufacturing site and equipment at the existing chemical facility.
Estimated Cost of Improvements: $100,000,000.
Tax Abatement Request:
1. Name of Property Owner: City of Corsicana
2. Name of Applicant: GAF Materials LLC
3. Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone 22-01, Hwy 31 Industrial Park, Corsicana, Texas
4. General Description of Improvements: Personal Property and Equipment for a new manufacturing facility
Estimated Cost of Improvements: $25,000,000.
Tax Abatement Request:
1. Name of Property Owner: City of Corsicana
2. Name of Applicant: ȘI Corsicana QOZB #8 LLC
3. Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone 22-01, Hwy 31 Industrial Park, Corsicana, Texas
4. General Description of Improvements: New manufacturing facility
Estimated Cost of Improvements: $15,000,000.
Posted on the Navarro College website and at the entrance of the Navarro College Albritton Administration Building on Feb. 10. Local news media notified in accordance with V.T.C.A., Government Code Chapter 551.
