From Staff Reports
There will be two street closures this weekend for Downtown Corsicana’s Tree Lighting event on Friday Nov. 19.
From 6 a.m. to midnight, there will be a closing at the section of S. Beaton Street in front of the Chase Bank building, and South in front of Vintage Farmhouse. Staging and set up of the skating rink is expected to take all day.
The bank’s drive-thru will still be accessible, and vehicles exiting the service will be able to turn right on Beaton.

The second closure will take place from 1:30 p.m. to midnight. The affected area will be the intersection of Beaton Street and Collin Street between the blocks of W. Fifth Avenue and south to E. Sixth Avenue.
In addition, E. Collin Street to N. Commerce Street will be affected for remaining event set up.
