Navarro College’s Student Art Show presents recent works from students in the Arts program from both the Corsicana and Waxahachie campuses. The Student Art Show will be on display from April 8 through May 3, 2021, with the reception and art sale taking place this Thursday, April 8 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.

Pieces will follow no specific theme or medium, but showcase each students strengths based on their own personal vision.

When asked if any pieces stood out to art professor and department chair, Laura Briseño, she responded “Honestly, they are all pretty exceptional. I’m extremely proud of all the work the students have produced. I’m really excited for everyone to come and see what they’ve accomplished.”

Works to be judged by Kyle Hobratschk and Alysia Harris from 100 West with prizes going to the top pieces. The Pearce Museum is located at 3100 W Collin St, Corsicana, TX 75110, next to the Corsicana Navarro College campus.

Be sure to bring some cash and support these talented students as they will be selling prints, original works, jewelry, and crafts!
