COVID-19 Spike Closes Navarro County Bars, Restaurant Capacity to 50 Percent

As county hospitals have been operating at or above 15 percent patient capacity for the past seven days, Navarro County Judge H. M. Davenport Jr. has issued a declaration for closure of bars and clubs and scaling back restaurants to 50 percent occupancy. The notice was made public on Friday, Dec. 4.
