5K and 1 mile event begins Dec. 5

Corsicana YMCA’s annual “Jingle Bell Jog” prepares for its 28th 5K and 1 mile marathon event at 9 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 5. The fun run benefits the local YMCA, with awards given to the top overall male and female finishers, and the top three age-group finishers.
Interested runners can sign up online at the following link, or in person at the Corsicana YMCA, 400 Oaklawn Drive.
Family registration (up to five participants) is $50. Individual adults are $25. Minors age 18 and under pay $15. Registration includes one race shirt per runner, guaranteed through Dec. 4. Additional shirts are available to purchase through register. Cash and check payments are accepted.
Race day registrations and runner packet pick-ups are available at the race site from 8 to 8:45 a.m.
