Art students at Mildred High School have teamed up the Humane Society of Navarro County and the Corsicana Animal Shelter for an art auction to raise money for shelter animals.

The auction, which started yesterday and runs until Monday, Nov. 16, features a selection of paintings based on animals currently awaiting adoption.

Art pieces can be viewed and bid on here.

To bid on an art piece, select the desired photo, and state the bid amount in the comments. Bidding starts at a minimum of $40 with $5 bid increments. Winners will be contacted by e-mail or through Facebook Messenger.

Payment methods for winning bids include: Cash, check, PayPal Invoice (or by doing a direct donation through PayPal using www.PayPal.me/hsnctx – Winning bidders should state in note section their name and what photo they won. Winning art pieces can be picked up at the Corsicana Animal Shelter, or have the pieces shipped to an address for an additional $5.
